Experiences with Arbella insurance?

I'm about to buy a house, and I need insurance. I've got a quote from Arbella, a local company, that is much better than my other quotes. Has anyone worked with them? Any brickbats or bouquets?

ok so recently my dad informed me that i had been dropped from his company's insurance. This company - which I will not say by name is owned by the Venezuelan Government.
